The day has finally come. You’ve spent time, energy, and effort – blood, sweat, and tears – and you’ve finally accomplished a goal you had set. The thing is, you aren’t satisfied. So now what?
Sit back and analyze why you aren’t satisfied. Was the target easier to reach than you anticipated, or perhaps the end result didn’t live up to your expectations. Does that mean the journey was pointless?
Absolutely not.
Just because the end result didn’t give you the satisfaction you were chasing doesn’t mean it was all for nothing. The journey still happened, the experience was still gained.
Part of setting a goal is leaning how to reach it. That unexpected dissatisfaction could because of a number of reasons, but don’t let it stop you from setting your next goal and going on the adventure to reach it.
