Working and doing the same thing every day can be boring and tedious. Our work lives don’t always allow us to explore the creative side of our brain which can lead to negative effects.
To prevent this, set aside one or two nights a week where you allow yourself to be creatively free. Explore new worlds within the pages of a book. Dive into a video game and immerse yourself in the story. Solve a puzzle or two a day. Draw. Create. Do anything that gets the creative side of your brain working.
Allotting time for creative freedom will strengthen your brain. It will help you on a day-to-day basis and put you ahead of those who don’t.
