Two Sides

Every story has two sides. So does every opinion and perspective. Often times, there can be more than two sides. It's important to actively try and listen to all sides. Not listening does everyone a disservice. Even if you don't agree with the narrative, everyone deserves to have their story heard.

Later

When is later? Is it 5 minutes from now? A day? Next week? Later is so undetermined - which is exactly why we say it. Later is uncertain. Later is safe. Later is now. Instead of waiting, do it. Instead of avoiding, confront. Later makes it easier now, but harder later. So, do it now.
