Personal will power is probably one of the hardest things to master. Having the self control to do something or not is a skill we often take for granted.
Waking up at a certain time.
Not eating the entire bag of chips.
Pushing yourself at the gym.
Pulling yourself out of bed.
Whenever we give in to an urge or craving, we are forfeiting our self control. Work on resisting these urges. Do not give into the cravings.
Focus on strengthening your will power, and with enough time even the most demanding urges will stop calling to you.

In my experience, willpower is mostly useless. What limited willpower we have must be used to gradually shape our environment so that we don’t need lots of willpower to consistently do the right thing.
